Guest Count Guarantee

Guest counts are due to our sales office by 12 noon, 3 business days prior to your event.

If we do not receive a call or email with your count guarantee, we will use the numbers you provided when your order was placed.

Dietary Restrictions

We are happy to provide Kosher, Vegan, Vegetarian, or any other special dietary meals. Please consult your sales associate when placing your order. Additional costs may apply.

Event Staffing

To ensure that your event is a success and safe, catering staff will be provided for all buffets, served events, and events with hot food.

The cost is $15 per hour per attendant. We do not charge for the first hour of service.

An additional labor fee may be assessed,  for events that begin after 8 p.m. Please consult your sales associate when placing your order.

Room Reservations

Our staff is very familiar with the campus and community and would be happy to suggest possible locations that would meet the needs of your event.

We do have a limited number of meeting and dining rooms available for rent.

We strongly recommend that you reserve a location for your event before making your catering arrangements.

Table Linen and Napkin Service

We are more than happy to supply our standard linens for your event. Please advise your sales associate if you would like to include these with your event.

Available colors are white, burgundy, black, green, and crimson. The rental fee for table linens is $4.50 each and napkins are $1 each. Specialty sizes are available for an additional charge.

We offer an assortment of cakes for your special day. Please contact a sales associate at 812-855-7113 to request information.
